Is your furniture new?
Yes, all our furniture is brand new and ready for its first home with you. We don't sell used or recycled furniture. We're a furniture brand, not a big-box store.
Why is your furniture so affordable?
Our logistics setup helps us reduce overhead and maintenance costs, allowing us to offer our products at reasonable prices that are generally lower than other brands. Our sales volume also helps us spread these fixed costs further and secure competitive production costs from our manufacturers.

Can I see the furniture in person before placing my order?
At the moment, we don't have physical stores or showrooms, so you can't see the furniture in person before ordering. That's why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we'll pick it up from your home free of charge* and give you a full refund.
If I order today, when will I receive my order?
When you order from us, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your area.
Our delivery team travels to different areas throughout the week to deliver orders placed on our website.
When we're scheduled to visit your area, our delivery team will call the phone number you provided to confirm the date and approximate delivery time.
On delivery day, you can track your delivery in real time using a link sent by email, with updates on the exact delivery time.
The item I want is out of stock. When will it be back?
On average, items marked "Out of Stock" are restocked within 1 to 3 months.
However, you can pre-order the item to make sure you get it when our inventory arrives.
When you pre-order, you reserve your item and its space on the truck for your selected delivery day.
Quantities of our most popular items are often limited, so this is the best way to reserve an item before it sells out again.

Do you offer financing?

I'd like to share my experience with my recent order of three chairs.
Unfortunately, I'm not satisfied with the service I received. A part needed for assembly was missing from the delivery. I received two A parts instead of one A and one B. I've been waiting more than a week for the missing part, despite calling customer service and being promised it would be sent quickly.
I was also surprised to see that the delivery driver seemed to be preparing the package at the time of delivery. I saw the items being placed in the box straight from the vehicle, and the box arrived open at my home. In my opinion, orders should be checked, properly packaged and sealed at the warehouse before being shipped to customers. That would help avoid errors like the one I experienced.
I hope you'll take this feedback into consideration to improve your order preparation and delivery process.
I'm also constantly receiving messages from one of your suppliers asking me to take photos of the chairs and post a review on your site. I've explained several times that I'm still missing a part, so I can't finish assembly or properly use the product. Despite this, I keep receiving the same requests, which has become very frustrating. Before asking for photos or customer reviews, it would be better to resolve the reported problem.
I'm disappointed with this experience, and I hope you'll improve your order preparation, delivery and complaint follow-up processes so other customers don't run into the same problems.
