Nous l’avons reçu hier et il est exactement comme sur les photos et simple à monter! La livraison a été rapide et efficace.
Nous avons acheté une table de chevet et une commode NOMA. Nous avons été très déçus de la qualité des matériaux et des finitions. De nombreuses traces de colle étaient présentes sur les panneaux, plusieurs éclats de peinture sur les façades et un plateau de meubles mal réparé avec du mastic. Les photos sur le site internet étaient attractives mais le rendu réel est décevant. Les meubles font « cheap ». L’assemblage des éléments ensemble n’est pas très solide et le serrage de certaines pièces impossible. Nous sommes très déçu par notre achat. Le seul point positif est le service client qui a été réactif face à notre mécontentement . Nous leur avons envoyé les différentes photos des non qualité envoyées détectées lors du montage des deux meubles.
Il y avait une longue pièce qui était troué au mauvais endroit et que je n'ai donc pas pu fixer et les instruction indiquaient un type de visse qui n'était pas comme celle dans les sacs. Le résultat final est quand même beau, mais la qualité n'est pas top.
