You have questions. We have answers.
FAQs
Find the answers to all your questions.
Is your furniture new?
Yes, all our furniture is brand new and ready for its first home with you. We don't sell used or recycled furniture. We're a furniture brand, not a big-box store.
Why is your furniture so affordable?
Our logistics setup helps us reduce overhead and maintenance costs, allowing us to offer our products at reasonable prices that are generally lower than other brands. Our sales volume also helps us spread these fixed costs further and secure competitive production costs from our manufacturers.
Our low prices also reflect our 100% online business model. With no physical stores, we can eliminate even more costs and pass those savings directly on to you.
Can I see the furniture in person before placing my order?
At the moment, we don't have physical stores or showrooms, so you can't see the furniture in person before ordering. That's why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we'll pick it up from your home free of charge* and give you a full refund.
If I order today, when will I receive my order?
When you order from us, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your area.
Our delivery team travels to different areas throughout the week to deliver orders placed on our website.
When we're scheduled to visit your area, our delivery team will call the phone number you provided to confirm the date and approximate delivery time.
On delivery day, you can track your delivery in real time using a link sent by email, with updates on the exact delivery time.
The item I want is out of stock. When will it be back?
On average, items marked "Out of Stock" are restocked within 1 to 3 months.
However, you can pre-order the item to make sure you get it when our inventory arrives.
When you pre-order, you reserve your item and its space on the truck for your selected delivery day.
Quantities of our most popular items are often limited, so this is the best way to reserve an item before it sells out again.
To learn more about pre-orders, visit our FAQs page right here.
Do you offer financing?
Yes! We've partnered with Affirm to give you the option of paying in equal instalments at a guaranteed 0% interest rate for up to 6 months. Instalments are available over several weeks or months, depending on your order value. Simply select Affirm at checkout to use the service.
Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied?
Of course! We understand that it can be hard to judge the quality, size and exact finish of furniture online. That's why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on every order placed with us.
At Boka, your satisfaction is our number one priority and the foundation of our brand. This guarantee gives you a full refund on your order if you're not 100% satisfied with it.
We even go a step further by offering to pick it up directly from your home, completely free of charge*. You don't have to worry about fitting the items into your vehicle or making a trip. What could be better?
Do you offer assembly services?
Unfortunately, we don't offer assembly services at the moment. However, we're working on making this service available in the coming months.

Hello Coralie,
Thank you so much for your wonderful comment and photo!😊 We're really happy you love your dining set so much and found assembly quick and simple. We're also delighted to read your kind words about delivery and our team. Thank you for your trust and recommendation!

Looks exactly like the pictures. Very happy with the quality.
Fits well in our dining room. The extension is a nice bonus.
Stable bench with a nice wood finish.
It seems sturdy and doesn't take up too much room when closed.
The finish is even more beautiful in person. The extension is easy to install and practical when family comes over for dinner.
Goes perfectly with our table. The wood and black look works really well.
Thank you! Very happy!
I'm very happy with the furniture. Thank you
Very good product. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The quality really delivers! 👌
The only small downside: the driver simply left the order at our door without ringing or letting us know he'd arrived. Since it was a large order, we found that a bit disappointing. The least he could have done was ring to let the customer know the order had arrived.
Apart from that, we're very happy with the product and quality of service. We recommend them without hesitation! 😊

We rarely use the extension, but it's useful to have. No complaints.
RUSTIK - Extendable Dining Bench - Golden Bark
Looks exactly like the photos. Easy to assemble and feels sturdy.
Nice finish for the price.
The rustic look with black legs looks beautiful.
We extended it for dinner with friends and it worked great.
Easy to assemble, stable and looks beautiful in our dining room.
Narrower than I imagined for our needs.
I would have liked a slightly wider surface for our needs. Otherwise, the quality is decent.
Quick assembly, sturdy and the extension is practical when entertaining.
