When you order from us, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your area.
Our delivery team travels to different areas throughout the week to deliver orders placed on our website.
When we're scheduled to visit your area, our delivery team will call the phone number you provided to confirm the date and approximate delivery time.
On delivery day, you can track your delivery in real time using a link sent by email, with updates on the exact delivery time.
The item I want is out of stock. When will it be back?
On average, items marked "Out of Stock" are restocked within 1 to 3 months.
However, you can pre-order the item to make sure you get it when our inventory arrives.
When you pre-order, you reserve your item and its space on the truck for your selected delivery day.
