FAQs
Find the answers to all your questions.
Is your furniture new?
Yes, all our furniture is brand new and ready for its first home with you. We don't sell used or recycled furniture. We're a furniture brand, not a big-box store.
Why is your furniture so affordable?
Our logistics setup helps us reduce overhead and maintenance costs, allowing us to offer our products at reasonable prices that are generally lower than other brands. Our sales volume also helps us spread these fixed costs further and secure competitive production costs from our manufacturers.
Our low prices also reflect our 100% online business model. With no physical stores, we can eliminate even more costs and pass those savings directly on to you.
Can I see the furniture in person before placing my order?
At the moment, we don't have physical stores or showrooms, so you can't see the furniture in person before ordering. That's why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we'll pick it up from your home free of charge* and give you a full refund.
If I order today, when will I receive my order?
When you order from us, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your area.
Our delivery team travels to different areas throughout the week to deliver orders placed on our website.
When we're scheduled to visit your area, our delivery team will call the phone number you provided to confirm the date and approximate delivery time.
On delivery day, you can track your delivery in real time using a link sent by email, with updates on the exact delivery time.
The item I want is out of stock. When will it be back?
On average, items marked "Out of Stock" are restocked within 1 to 3 months.
However, you can pre-order the item to make sure you get it when our inventory arrives.
When you pre-order, you reserve your item and its space on the truck for your selected delivery day.
Quantities of our most popular items are often limited, so this is the best way to reserve an item before it sells out again.
To learn more about pre-orders, visit our FAQs page right here.
Do you offer financing?
Yes! We've partnered with Affirm to give you the option of paying in equal instalments at a guaranteed 0% interest rate for up to 6 months. Instalments are available over several weeks or months, depending on your order value. Simply select Affirm at checkout to use the service.
Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied?
Of course! We understand that it can be hard to judge the quality, size and exact finish of furniture online. That's why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on every order placed with us.
At Boka, your satisfaction is our number one priority and the foundation of our brand. This guarantee gives you a full refund on your order if you're not 100% satisfied with it.
We even go a step further by offering to pick it up directly from your home, completely free of charge*. You don't have to worry about fitting the items into your vehicle or making a trip. What could be better?
Do you offer assembly services?
Unfortunately, we don't offer assembly services at the moment. However, we're working on making this service available in the coming months.
Try It 100% Risk-Free
We understand that it can be hard to judge the quality, size and exact finish of furniture online. If you're not 100% satisfied with your Boka furniture, we'll pick it up from your home free of charge* and refund you.
I love my dining set. It was easy to assemble, and the effect is just wow. I needed compact furniture that wasn't too small, with a timeless design and easy care (young children). My Nova ticks all those boxes, and I highly recommend it. The Boka team is simply great, from ordering and delivery to the satisfaction follow-up.

Very good sales and delivery service. Unfortunately, the set was beautiful but didn't go with my other furniture... I had to return it, which was very easy and without any pressure from them. I definitely recommend Boka without hesitation

NOVA table - The design or dimensions aren't ideal for anyone 5' 6" or taller. I'm 6' 2", and I DEFINITELY DO NOT recommend it.
Hello Éric, thank you so much for your feedback. The Nova table is indeed a more compact size, and we're sorry to hear it doesn't suit you.
